Investment casting

Originality, quickness and cost effectiveness are the hallmarks of production involving the wax prototype and the investment casting. Limited supplies and pre-production samples are at the order of the day and our wide experience in this area allow us to meet our clients' demands.

The high precision moulding of precious metal provides the construction of steel moulds from which you can print the wax prototypes. Then you can use the waxes for the investment casting process (producing a plaster cast on the wax and then melting the metal) from which you obtain the pieces of precious metal (copper, aluminum, gold, silver).

The pre-production samples of this manufacturing technology allows to create original and of high quality products with a huge cost saving.
